Now looking to be a world-class ball player with his new loving family!

Michael is from owner surrender. He was bought as a puppy. However, his owner has no experience how to train a puppy. Finally, the owner feels tired of keeping a dog and decides to give Michael away. We got a call and agreed to take Michael to the rescue. Michael is only a little underweight. Otherwise, he has no health problem.

Since Michael is a puppy, he has lots of energy. He wants to play all the time and enjoys having fun getting himself wet when there is a water bowl or puddle. Michael gets along with dogs well. He has a very good temperament and doesn’t pick up fights. However, he still needs to learn how to play with dogs properly in case of unnecessary incidents. We would like to find an experienced owner who is willing to work with a young pup. Michael is neutered, healthy, up to date on vaccines and chipped.

Pro.jpg

Age:4 years

Gender: Male

Dogs: OK

Cats: Not known

Now getting ready for some serious March Madness action with his new family!

Pro was a neglected dog. His owner didn’t have time taking care of him and left him in the kennel all day. In addition, his owner didn’t provide regular food and water for Pro. Therefore, Pro was starved sometimes. The neighbors reported Pro’s condition to us and asked for help. We went to meet the owner and persuaded him to surrender Pro to the rescue.

Pro has dirty and matted hair when we picked him up. He was also very skinny. Luckily, he has a very good appetite after he comes to the rescue. He will need to put on weight in the following months. Since Pro used to live in the kennel all his life, he doesn’t have chance to socialize with people or dogs. That’s why he is a little timid when meeting people at first. Pro will start showing his personality after he is familiar with the surroundings. He will be a sweet and affectionate boy. However, he still needs some obedience training to learn manners.

Pro gets along with dogs well. He likes to play with them all the time. We would like to find a home where Pro can get the attention he deserves. Pro is neutered, healthy, up to date on vaccines and chipped.

Mandy.jpg

Age:9-10 years

Gender: Female

Dogs: OK

Cats: unknown

Now getting ready to do the rain dance with her loving family!

Mandy was abandoned in a private shelter in Taiwan by the first owner. She was only 4 or 5 years old at that time. Someone decided to adopt Mandy, but regretted the next day. Since the private shelter can only keep dogs alive and has no resource finding homes for dogs, Mandy thus stayed there for about 5 years. We have been notified by a volunteer decided to take Mandy to our rescue. Mandy had some skin problems when we had her. She has been treated and is now getting much better. However, it makes her eye rims look darker and the hair around her eyes can no longer grow out.

Mandy is a quiet and timid girl. However, she gets very excited when it’s meal time. She does not like nail cutting, but she never bites. Mandy is fine with dogs. However, she likes to be alone. Given her sad past, she is protective of her food. Therefore, we suggest feeding her separately. Mandy is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccines and chipped.

ozzie-2.jpeg

Age:8-9 years

Gender: Male

Dogs: Very well

Cats: unknown

Now practicing his dribbling moves to get ready for some Warriors ball with his loving new family!

Note from Ozzie: Hi everyone! My name is Osmond but my fosters call me Ozzie and I like that name. It suits my silly, fun, energetic personality. They tell me I am over 10 years old, but I don’t feel that is right. I have the energy of a 6 year o ld. I may grow older but I REFUSE to grow up! I get to play all day with my two year old golden friend. That is so much fun! I like all dogs.

I love long walks! My fosters are teaching me how to walk properly on a leash. It’s not as much fun as exploring full time, but it is OK. I'm hoping to find my furever family. Would you be that lucky family?

Osmond’s owner did not take care of him very well. Osmond was malnourished, underweight (less than 48lb) and he also had skin problem when rescued. We got a call and decided to persuade the owner to surrender Osmond to the rescue. Osmond has skin problems around his eyes. He has been treated. Now we just need some time to have the hair grow back. Osmond also gained weight over the past months. Osmond had an eyelid issue and already has had surgery to fix it after being rescued.

Although Osmond is over 10 years old, he is still full of energy as a puppy. Osmond is a happy boy. He loves to greet people with his big smile and waggling tail. He also likes to stay with his human companions. Osmond gets along with dogs well. He likes to play with his doggy friends and can play with them all day long. Osmond is neutered, healthy, up to date on vaccines and chipped.
