Bella's Story: Bella was found wandering on the streets. The person who rescued her kept her for a year. Sadly, he had to move and surrendered him to us.
Bella is a sweet and affectionate girl. She loves her human companions a lot and enjoys cuddling with them. She is always calm and gentle. Bella gets along with dogs well. She is a little timid and gets scared easily. She has a great temperament and loves playing with her doggy friends. Bella is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
York's Story: York was found as a stray dog on the streets. He was very skinny and was Ehrlichia positive. Luckily, he has a very good appetite after being rescued. He has completed his treatment and is a healthy gentleman. He has low vision on his left eye especially at night time. Therefore, we suggest providing Lutien to maintain his vision.
York is very sweet and playful. He likes his human companions a lot. He gets excited when meeting strangers. He is always happy. York gets along with dogs well. However, he doesn’t play with them often. He may stay alert when he is new to a place. We guess it’s because he has low vision. York is neutered, healthy, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
Doris' Story: Doris was found abandoned up in the mountains. She was begging food from a vendor when we rescued her. It looked like she has been wandering in that area for a while. Doris was in pretty bad shape. We thought she had Pyometra and rushed her to the vet. It turned out that she was having a miscarriage. The vet had to operate an urgent surgery to save her life. She only had anemia after surgery. Otherwise, she was fine.

Amos' Story: Amos was abandoned by his owner in a local shelter in Taiwan.We have no idea why he was dumped there. Amos was very skinny when we rescued him. He is picky about dry dog food and prefers canned food! His hips are weak and he will need weight control and hips supplements.
Amos is very sweet and affectionate. He likes his human companions a lot. We guess he may be abused before because he shows fear when people speak louder or raise their hands. Amos also has a little separation anxiety. However, he will be fine when he feels relaxed.

Arvin's Story: Arvin was found as a stray dog on the streets. He was in very bad condition when we rescued him. He had severe mange and was very skinny. He was also heartworm positive. It takes him a long time to gain weight and start his treatment. We are very pleased that Arvin is finally nursed back to health and is available for adoption.
Arvin is a very sweet and affectionate boy. He likes his human companions a lot and always follows his people everywhere. Arvin is also very obedient. He listens to commands all the time. Sugar's Story: Sugar was surrendered by her owner. Her owner tried unsuccessfully to find a new home for her. When we got a call from the owner, we agreed to take Sugar.
Sugar is a sweet and pretty girl. She is very affectionate and likes to stay around her human companions. She may be a little anxious when she is left alone. Therefore, we are looking for a home where she can get the attention she deserves. As long as she feels comfortable, she will be more relaxed in a new place.

Larry's Story: Larry was found wandering in the mountain. A lady happened to spot him and contacted us. We rushed to rescue him and take him to the vet.
