Hi Everyone! I was born on 6/27/25. I just had my one year birthday when my owners decided to put me on Craigslist. The ad read that they could no longer afford to feed me. I ate leftover food, had minimal socialization and training, and was terrified to ride in the car. I lived the first 1 year of my life in a backyard before being rescued. I could have ended up as a breeder because I was a handsome intact dude. That’s when True Love Rescue stepped in!
I was very shy and afraid of humans. TLR volunteers have been working with me, playing and socializing. I have been living with 2 senior golden ladies, who are helping my foster Mom show me how to build my confidence. My foster mom takes me over to meet/play with my doggie cousins Cody and Chelsea. We play and play all day long. I am no longer shaking when humans enter the room, and will respond to some commands when treats are being offered. I am still learning how to walk on a leash but I am doing much better.
My foster mom feels that I am ready for a very patient, loving and kind home. She is requesting that I have a sibling in my new home. I am being fostered in San Jose, CA.
