Meet Sammie approximately 1-1/2 yrs old, now neutered and up to date with his blood work and thankfully heart worm negative. Sammie has a unique feature about him. He has a birth defect in his front paws. It doesn’t stop him from loving people and being your best friend. It would be over $15,000 and a year of recovery to attempt to fix him surgically. We do not feel that this is fair to him, and there are no guarantees that it would work. Sammie might not run marathons or climb the biggest mountain but he gets along with his penguin feet very well. He loves people, other dogs, travels well and loves his toys. Sammie is a happy happy dog.
