Meet Duncan, a 1 year old sweet and loving boy, who was surrendered to TLR through no fault of his own. This boy has been deprived of love, kindness and food. He will be visiting the veterinarian for his neuter, shots and foxtail removal. There are many between his toes that have become embedded and infected. Being fostered in Lodi, California.
