Fido’s owner has a newborn baby and doesn’t have time for dogs anymore. Therefore, Fido has to come to our rescue to look for a new home. Fido only weighted about 30 lb when he came to our rescue. Obviously, he was neglected for a long time. We think it’s good for Fido to be surrendered because he can finally start his journey finding a good home.
Fido has gained weight over the past seven months. He is a happy and healthy boy now. He has learned to go potty outside and how to socialize with other dogs. Since Fido is a young boy, he is still very playful. Sometimes he may jump on people for greetings. It would be better for Fido to have some obedience training. We believe that he will be a well-behaved dog.
Fido is blind in the right eye. We guess it may be caused by a congenital disease. However, it doesn’t bother him at all. Fido is just like other healthy dogs. He likes to play with dogs and enjoys staying with people. We are hoping to find a home where Fido can get the attention he deserves. Fido is neutered, chipped and up to date on vaccines.
