Meet Scotch. He and 3 others came from a horrifying backyard breeder and was seriously underweight. He is 17 months old. He has gained some weight (is up to 40 pounds) and has been neutered. Scotch has scars on his face from simply surviving. He has a three inch tail covered with big curls. We are unsure what happened, but that stubby little tail wags uncontrollably. He is giving kisses to his foster mom and is now ready for adoption to a family that will give him training with patience and love
. He is being fostered in Lodi, Ca.
