73-lb Taylor is a good boy. He has a great temperament, and is always calm and gentle. His foster mom says he is a sweetheart. Taylor was surrendered by an owner who always let him wander the streets. He was caught and sent to the shelter several times, and his owner eventually decided to surrender him to our rescue. Taylor had some skin issues when we first got him. He has been treated and is back to health now.
We guess Taylor was probably chased away when he was wandering the streets. He can be shy and may be startled by sudden movements or raised hands. In spite of this, he likes people and enjoys playing with dogs. He gets along with other dogs very well, and shows no food or toy aggression. Taylor ignores cats, and is friendly to kids.
We hope Taylor can find a good home where he can be loved. Taylor is neutered, chipped and up to date on his vaccinations. He arrived on May 25 and is in foster in Lodi.
