Troy is from owner surrender. His owner is busy at work and has no time to take care of him. Therefore, Troy came to our rescue to look for a better home where he can be loved and cared for. Troy is a happy young boy. He loves to greet people with his big smile. He also enjoys playing with dogs. Troy has a friendly and playful temperament.
