Abel's owner was severely ill and could no longer care for him. Abel was left to a neighbor who only provided food occasionally. Abel was left unattended and became extremely emaciated. Eventually, the rescue in Taiwan was able to step in and take Abel to their rescue. Abel has gained some weight, but he is still skinny (44 lbs). We hope he can put on at least 20 lb in the following months.
Abel is a sweet and affectionate boy. He loves people and dogs. We hope he can find a loving home and get the attention he deserves. Abel is neutered, chipped and up to date on vaccines.
